Took it easy, no point losing a huge chunk of time changing a tyre. Nothing is more physically demanding than yesterday, today was a walk in the park.

It was OK, spent the morning trying to protect the lead as much as we could, seeing how bad Solberg morning was yesterday, we knew we had to take advantage. To be honest, I actually feel a little bit better now.

Its not great but clearly with the roughness the washers are pointing in the wrong direction so I can't clean the screen.

Noty feeling great. I have more energy but the illness is still the same. We had a puncture in the first stage so we had to drive slowly, try and manage the gap and keep drinking some water.
